Director

Jason has a degree in Applied Science (Construction Management and Economics) from Curtin University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.

With 25 years of construction and project management experience Jason has been involved in a vast range of projects including house building, land subdivisions, apartments, industrial, commercial and retail. Adam Wheeler

Director

Adam has 23-years experience in the construction industry. This encompasses working as a consultant quantity surveyor, as a builder’s site based contract administrator and as the developer’s project manager, superintendent and independent certifier.

This experience which has been gained working in the Australia, the UK and Africa has brought him into contact with many projects, all of which have required complete project and cost management services. This has allowed Adam to view numerous and wide ranging developments from all sides and therefore fully understand each of the project drivers.

Adam has been involved in differing roles within the projects from the planning, project feasibility tendering and procurement phases, to the contract administration of cost plus, lump sum, schedule of rates and fixed price contractors, all of which have required close liaison with the developer, consultant team and builder.
