GMPM has extensive experience in all forms of residential development. Our experience ranges from larger master planned sub-divisions, semi-rural sub-division to integrated housing, medium and high-density developments.
Our skills include asset identification, due diligence, development management, project management, contract administration, sales and marketing management and superintendence. Key projects in the residential sector include both the Signature Circle and Lumen Rise land releases, with boutique design and construction of Southstone Apartments in South Perth and Voyage Apartments in South Beach currently underway.
Mixed use developments include both commercial and residential development with the commercial component typically located on the ground floor with multiple dwellings on the upper storeys. GMPM’s experience with Mixed Use Developments can be viewed with the recent completion of Railway23 in Subiaco and the soon to be completed Barker Road project in Como.
GMPM has undertaken major roles in the retail sector which include significant projects such as the Vale Town Centre and Manjimup Shopping Centre.
These projects have required development and project management as well as superintendence and advisory due diligence consulting. This enabled the client to optimise their tenancy value and Return on Investment (“ROI”) for the overall project.
At present, GMPM are undertaking the role of project manager and superintendent on a retail sub-division in Landsdale comprising the servicing of two vacant lots and the delivery of a 7-Eleven fuel station, lunch bar, car wash along with all required civil works to facilitate construction of an access way to the adjoining Masters store.
GMPM acted as project manager and superintendent in the delivery of one of Western Australia’s, in recent times, most prestigious hotel constructions – 1309 Hay Street, West Perth.
The skillset on offer to client’s looking to construct in this sector stem from GMPM’s systematic approach to project management, which includes identifying and understanding a well defined scope for the project through GMPM’s acknowledgement that change management plays an integral role in managing client revisions and expectations. Ongoing management and monitoring of all stakeholders enable GMPM to ensure that the project is delivered successfully and in accordance with client expectations – all of which encapsulates how GMPM operate as consultant Project Managers.
In this sector, GMPM can offer and in the past has provided to its clients, advisory guidance in the preparation for and management of submission to the state government of Western Australian, including due diligence.
From here GMPM has extensive experience in the development and project management of medical construction projects right from inception through delivery. This role has also been in tandem with the superintendence of such works.
GMPM is currently a Tier 1 panel provider for the LandCorp Project Management Panel, holds a position on all three tiers of the Housing Authority (formerly Department of Housing) Panel and is a member of the Building Management and Works (“BMW”) Project Management Panel.
In addition to this strong commitment to the advisory and project management of Western Australian’s state government strategic and capital works programs, GMPM also holds a position on several of Western Australia’s local government project management consultancy panels – a testament to the ability of GMPM to deliver high quality outcomes in all areas of their expertise.
Through their depth of knowledge and experience in contract administration, GMPM are able to off to their clients whom may not have in-house capability, desire or time to undertake contract administration duties, their skills and knowhow.
